| Where is the Event being held ? |
| At the Nantwich Show Ground sited in the grounds of Dorfold Hall on the A534 approx 1 mile from Nantwich Town Centre. |

Where is Dorfold Park |
From the the M6 motorway exit at Junction 16 and take the A500 following signs to Crewe/Nantwich/Chester. At the 3rd roundabout the showground will be signposted. Click Here for a site map.

| Is there any camping ? |
| Sorry, no. The event isn't a festival as such so we don't have a camp site.. Local accommodation is available click here for the Visit Cheshire website which lists local accomodation. |

| Where do I park ? |
There is a large free car park opposite the showground., Mobility Impaired (Blue Badge), and VIP ticket holders will have parking on site. The appropriate car parks will be signposted. Click Here for a map giving directions.
Coaches and Minibuses should follow the disabled parking signs. |

| Will there be a drop off / pick up point.? |
| Yes, follow signs to the disabled car park. Click Here for a map giving directions. |

| Are dogs admitted to the event ? |
| No, please do not bring your pets. |
| |
| When do the gates open ? |
| The site will be open at 6:30pm for Katherine Jenkins and 5:30pm for McFly and Girls Aloud. The site will be closed at 11pm. |

| Can I visit Dorfold Hall while I'm at the event.? |
| No, the hall will be closed to the public. |
| |
| What can I bring with me ? |
For Katherine Jenkins you may bring food and drink into the event. Chairs are allowed but tables, large umbrellas, gazebos, flags and barbeques will not be.
For McFly and Girls Aloud, no food, drink, tables, chairs or other items may be brought on to the site. |

| Can I buy food and drink at the event ? |
| Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets on the site plus an opportunity to pre-order a high quality picnic in advance from Just Picnics. justpicnics.co.uk These are available for all 3 shows. |

| If I have a reserved seat, where will it be located. |
| Tickets are being allocated on a first come first served basis. Please check the seating plans on each band's web page. |

| When will I receive my tickets ? |
| Tickets purchased from the organisers will be despatched no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date. Third party ticket agents should be contacted directly for this information. |

| What do VIP Tickets include ? |
| VIP Tickets include parking on site, a drink on arrival, a private hospitality area with pay bar, light refreshments, private loo facilities and the best available reserved seats. Click Here for a map giving directions to the VIP Car Park |

| Do VIP ticket holders have back stage access, will I meet the bands ? |
| No, there is no backstage access for VIP ticket holders or any opportunity to meet the performers. |

| Is the site accessible ? |
| As much as possible where reasonable adjustments can be made. The site will have metallic roadways routed from access points to the show area, disabled toilets and parking on site for blue badge holders. Please bear in mind that the event is being held on agricultural land. |

| Can I smoke on site ? |
| Smoking will not be permitted anywhere within the concert audience area. |
| |
| What if the weather is bad ? |
| The shows will go ahead regardless of the weather except in extreme circumstances. We have provision in place if the showground is muddy from any heavy rain prior to the shows taking place. |

| I no longer need my ticket - can I return it ? |
| We are sorry, no refunds can be made except under circumstances where the show is cancelled please see our terms and conditions. |
