The event organisers cannot be responsible for injury, loss or damage to personal property incurred as a result of visiting the event.
Car Parking is provided on a site adjacent to to the event. Click here for a location map.
Disabled access will be provided wherever reasonable adjustments can be made. A disabled parking area will be available on the event site. Metal roadways and a dedicated viewing area wil be in place for the event and assistance offered wherever practicable. Please bear in mind that the event is being held on agricultural land.
For the Katherine Jenkins event ticketholders may bring their own food, drink and dining equipment into the event with the exception of BBQs, tables, gazebos and umbrellas or any other item which may affect the enjoyment of the event by other ticketholders. Please follow the instructions of event stewards in respect of acceptable use of these items.
For the McFly and Girls Aloud events, no food or drink whatsoever may be brought into the event.
Animals will not be permitted on to the event site, please do not bring your pets.
The event organisers reserve the right to search all persons and all personal property.
Catering facilities including licenced outlets will be available at all events.
The use of audio, audio visual or video equipment, photographic equipment i.e. professional equipment is strictly prohibited.
Any person who fails or refuses to comply with instructions from any steward or other persons acting for the event may be removed from the venue and surrounding land.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. NO person considered drunk or under the influence of drugs will be admitted.
It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 if they knowingly consume or purchase alcohol at the event. We will be operating the "Challenge 21" system whereby anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age will be asked to show ID. It is an offence for persons over 18 to offer or purchase alcohol for persons under 18 at the event.
Anyone found to be in posession of illegal substances will be handed over to the police.
We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs, drunken behaviour, drunken abuse or violent behaviour towards fellow eventgoers or event staff, offenders will be handed over to the police and prosecution pursued.
Any person found to be ‘crowd surfing’ or ‘moshing’ in the stage area will be ejected and the venue operates a no re-entry policy.
Any person found not using the appropriate toilet facilities can be removed from the arena. Any person considered by the event organisers to be a public nuisance will be removed from the arena.
Ticket holders consent to the use of recording, filming, broadcast media, CCTV and photographic pictures that may be used for promotional purposes, by artists as a live product or for security purposes. |
